Bulls deliver F.A cup upset

Relive one of the greatest days in our history as the Bulls provided one of the shocks of the F.A cup.

The Bulls travelled to step 4 side Corby Town yesterday and came away with one of the greatest wins in the clubs history. Seen as a massive underdog against a team a division higher, a late Sam Ackroyd goal led to wild celebrations, setting up a derby against another Northern Premier side Worksop Town on 20th August at the Forest Town Arena.

The was an incredible achievement from a squad with an average age of 20.7 years of age. Last season six of our squad were playing Step 9 football, two playing Step 7 football and one Academy football, with the starting line up including two 17 year olds. Which just shows there are players out there, who if given a chance can produce performances like yesterday. Which is the clear purpose of our football club.

Below is that goal from Sam and the wild celebrations and an interview with Spen and Stan.
