Bulls take on Sheffield FC in first game since December


The long wait for football at the Forest Town Arena is over as a much changed AFC side take on Sheffield Football Club.


The Bulls host Sheffield in an eagerly awaited return of action for the first team and are set to welcome fans back for the first time since December.


Much has changed for AFC with a new look management team being installed at the Forest Town Arena consisting of former player and loyal servant of the club Phil Buxton who replaced outgoing manager Matt Chatfield.


In a recent interview boss Buxton' spoke of his excitement leading into Saturday with the AFC boss quoting.


"I expect the team to play for the badge and have players who are full of passion and togetherness is going to be massive heading into what is going to be a tough preseason."

Chairman Andrew Saunders also spoke to BullsTV about the upcoming campaign


"Last season had so many twists and turns and now we can start a fresh with a new footballing season,


We are all behind Phil and the lads, but football is nothing without It's fans we can all start to enjoy what is no doubt going to be a exciting year for the club"



The game kicks off at 15:00pm, with tickets prices as follows: Adults £5 | Cons £3 | U16's (Free with a paying adult).
