New signing Thomas Lees-Collier signed from Grantham Town Academy over the weekend and is ready for the challenge of step 5 football.
While speaking to Bulls TV at the weekend TLC was asked what the fans could expect from the 28-year old.
"My first priority is always to help the team wherever possible, of course as an attack-minded player I’ll be looking closely at my goal contributions (goals & assists) but the reality is as long as I leave it all out there on the pitch and we get the result I’ll be more than happy"
TLC appeared 24 times for Grantham Town Academy, scoring two goals this season before making the switch to AFC Mansfield.
He was also asked about his impressions of the squad as the Bulls Gaffer laid out his expectations in a team meeting, which was held on Saturday after this the weekend game postponed due to the heavy snowfall.
"Good first impression, the first team squad had an honest meeting on expectations and our objectives for the rest of the season. We also had the chance to grab a drink together after and get to know each other which I thought was a nice touch."
Hard work, brave in possession Thomas Lees-Collier will also look to test the keeper at any given opportunity. Which is sure to excite the Bulls fans.
