Yorkshire Amateur Preview





With the season opener just days away we turn our attention to Leeds outfit Yorkshire Amateur who the Bulls lost twice to last year with Matt Chatfield looking to end the run of defeats.


The first leg of last year took place last October with the game finishing 0-2 with Yorkshire's Ashley Flynn tidy finish past Keeper Hugo Warhurst, with the second coming from an easy tap-in after the Bulls keeper rushes to try and meet an through ball mis-times it leading to a calm finish from Amateur's Moke.

Confidence is high in the Bulls camp after a inspiring Emirates FA Cup Preliminary Round win against Cleethorpes Town at the MYEngeri Stadium on Saturday.


Ben Algar’s corner kick found Bulls Defender Jordan Annable who flicked the ball on and a stooping header on the back post from new signee Lynton Karkach found the roof of the net to make it 0-1 early on in the game.


Man of the Match Hugo Warhurst Pulled off a outstanding save in the second half as he dived to his right to ensure the score line stayed 0-1.
