AFC Mansfield has acted quickly to secure the services of manager Phil Buxton and assistant manager Joe Kearney for the 23/24 season.
Bucko and his team have managed some impressive results during his second spell as manager, most notably the 3-2 home win against Deeping Rangers which contributed towards the club maintaining their step 5 status.
In a short statement, bucko said " I am delighted to be stopping on as manager, I know the club very well and will look forward to working with the players when preseason starts"
Chairman Mike Abbs said "I am delighted to announce that Bucko and Joe are staying for next season, we had to act quickly and I am delighted they have both accepted the role"
