Remembering Tosh Stokes 1945-2020

We are sadden to hear about the passing of Tosh Stokes,

Tosh the father of our former Commercial Manager Brain Stokes was a regular visitor down at the Forest Town Arena supporting us at both our home and away games.

in January 2019, he was a match sponsor for a game between, AFC Mansfield vs Tadcaster two be-loved clubs of his with the game drawing 0-0 on the night.

He also brought the Sporting Memories Foundation down to our game in the FA Cup against Dunkirk in 2017, which gave huge publicity to the organisation and to the club. he was also a very committed ambassador over the last few years.

Andy Saunders Chairman of AFC Mansfield said "I've met Tosh on several occasions at our games he always had a smile on his face and loved the game of Football. I would like to pass on my condolences to Tosh's family he will be sorely missed"
