PREVIEW | Loughborough Dynamo (A)

AFC make an hour-long trip southwards to the ADT Taxis Stadium on Saturday, as they face Loughborough Dynamo in the Evo-Stik NPL East Division.

Tuesday night saw the Bulls progress to the quarter-finals of the Nottinghamshire Senior Cup with a 2-0 win over Teversal, after they ground out a 2-2 draw with Wisbech Town at the weekend.

Beaten just once so far this year, AFC still linger at the bottom end of the East Division table, and the draw against Wisbech saw them drop back into the relegation zone.

However, a win over Loughborough could realistically see them leapfrog as many as four teams to 15th.

Mid-table Dynamo have had a fairly quiet season so far, but remain a confident side at home having lost just three of 12 games at the ADT Taxis Stadium. With just three points separating Dynamo and the East Division play-offs, a win for them on Saturday will be a must.

TEAM NEWS

There remain no new concerns for Rudy Funk and Mark Ward after a busy week, but the Bulls will be missing midfielder Pat Lindley, who begins his suspension on Saturday after being shown a straight red card for violent conduct last weekend.
