The Bulls return their attentions to the league campaign as they make a midweek trip to Sandy Lane in Worksop.
AFC face Handsworth on the back of a 4-1 Emirates FA Cup defeat to Southern League side Barwell, bowing out at the First Qualifying Round stage despite a spirited effort at Kirkby Road.
The Bulls could lift themselves into the NCEL Premier Division promotion spots with a win over their Sheffield opponents.
Kick-off at Sandy Lane is 7:45pm.
Last Time Out
Despite a strong first 10 minutes, AFC went behind after just 20 at higher league opposition Barwell when Dominic Brown-Hill's free-kick looped over Hugo Warhurst.
The situation quickly worsened as Tolani Omotola tapped home on the goal line after Warhurst spilled Eliot Putman's low strike, but Ross Duggan hit back with his 14th goal of the season on the hour mark from the penalty spot to drag the Bulls back into the game.
But despite the best efforts from Matt Chatfield's side, a ruthless Barwell put the game beyond doubt with two late goals from Tritan Dunkley and Henry Eze, making a score line which perhaps flattered the Leicestershire side.

The Opposition
Sheffield side Handsworth have tasted a bit of everything so far in their NCEL Premier Division campaign with four points from their first three outings, although they will look to pick up where they left off having won their most recent league fixture 3-1 at home to Barton Town.
A 4-0 thumping of Shelley in the opening round of the Buildbase FA Vase two weekends ago quickly put a 6-0 FA Cup defeat to Northwich behind them, and the Ambers will for sure provide a tough test for Matt Chatfield's Bulls.
Team News
Despite looking a major doubt for Tuesday evening after being forced off the pitch on Saturday, defender Jordan Annable could well start against Handsworth against the odds.
Midfielder Richard Williams, who too was forced off at Barwell, could be a doubt for the midweek outing.
