The Bulls return home tomorrow afternoon hoping to take three points against Garforth Town.
A disappointing draw on Tuesday night kept AFC third from bottom in the NCEL Premier Division table, but they could move up a place by Saturday tea time.
Kick-off at the Forest Town Arena is 3pm.
Last Time Out
Matt Chatfield's side had a tremendous start in their trip to Goole on Tuesday night, going two goals up to the good inside just 20 minutes.
A superb individual goal from Luke Walker was added to by an impressive strike from Ross Duggan, but Reagan Waud pulled one back before the break.
The hosts fought back hard in the second half and their patience was rewarded with seven minutes of normal time remaining, as co-manager Terry Barwick came off the bench to snatch a late point.
The Opposition
Visitors Garforth could most certainly consider themselves promotion-chasers with the Miners only five points adrift of the top three - all of whom will be automatically promoted to Step 4.
The last meeting between the two sides saw them share the spoils with Ollie Fearon netting for AFC, but then-Rudy Funk's side had the better over their Leeds counterparts overall, having beaten the Miners 3-1 in the previous reverse fixture.
Town have lost just three times out of ten outings on the road, having won four.
Team News
With the squad threadbare in numbers, Matt Chatfield has the welcome positive news, midfielder Jamie McGuire returns to selection after serving his three-match ban.
But several squad members will still be missing, including midfielder Jack Warner who was forced off in last weekend's defeat to Grimsby.
