The club are delighted to welcome Jon Froggatt as Mark Ward's new assistant manager.
Froggatt agreed to cancel his contract with previous club Handsworth Parramore in order to head down to the Forest Town Arena.
During his time at Parramore, the 37-year-old scored an incredible 106 goals in 150 appearances, and was a goalscorer at every club he had played for.
Froggatt took joint-interim charge at the Ambers alongside Steve Isead in 2018 after the departure of management team Jas Colliver and Gary Middleton.
Bulls boss Mark Ward said that he was very pleased to bring in the man he wanted: "He's a close friend who has very similar ideas and ambitions to me, but will also have my back.
"He was vastly experienced, knowledgeable and loyal as a player, and scored goals at every club he's been at no matter what level.
"I'm sure his quality and eye for goal will help us on the field and his management experiences will help us off it."
Froggatt will remain eligible to play for the Bulls, adding some extra experience and quality up front for AFC ahead of season's closing.
