The Toolstation NCEL will roll out financial support to all member clubs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Each club - the Bulls included - will benefit by an average of £909 with the aid of the several measures:
- Clubs will not be charged an Annual Subscription
- Each club will be supplied with sixteen free footballs
- Clubs will not be charged an annual fee for matchday inspections, and
- Player registration fees from the 2019/20 season will not be charged.
On behalf of the club, Chairman Andy Saunders prepared the following brief message to thank the League and title sponsors Toolstation:
"In what has been a very difficult time for all involved in non-league football, the Northern Counties East League have shown exactly how to respond to a crisis.
"It has been very disappointing for many clubs at our level to see the season expunged as it feels like a year has been wasted, especially in financial terms.
"But the NCEL have announced these measures and I'm sure every club would be happy to go on record and say a big thank you to the league, and also to Toolstation who continue to support the league during these very uncertain times."
The League also announced that in light of the League Cup campaign also being expunged, the final of next season's competition is once again to be held at Doncaster Rovers' Keepmoat Stadium, and this summer's Toolstation Cup charity match will also be postponed until next year.
