Bulls manager Mark Ward and assistant Jon Froggatt have left the club by mutual consent.
Ward joined AFC in the 2014/15 season as a player, returning to the club to be assistant to Rudy Funk in 2016.
He would then go on to take up the vacant manager's position after Funk left the Forest Town Arena in February.
Under Ward, the Bulls won six and drew two of his 15 games in charge, steering 15 points clear of the NPL East Division relegation zone, before the club announced its relegation to Step 5.
Jon Froggatt joined Ward as his assistant in mid-March, making seven appearances and scoring once in the 2-0 win at Carlton Town.
The club would like to thank the duo for their hard work and for their achievement in pulling the Bulls well clear of the league's bottom two, and wish them the very best of luck for the future.
Applications for the vacant managerial role are now being taken, with the deadline set for Saturday 11 May.
All applications should be emailed to email@example.com.
