AFC Mansfield

AFC Mansfield have installed a new 114 seater covered stand at The Forest Town Stadium.
The acquisition of this stand enables the club to move up the football pyramid should Micky Taylors men keep up the good start to the season and win the title.
The stand should be open for the Dronfield game on the 15th December and with winter now upon us the home fans can  sit and enjoy the game without getting wet.
The new club have shown ambition from the start by renovating the dressing rooms to much higher league requirements, re-installation of the recently installed floodlights and now the installation of the new stand.
This along with the work done on the pitch re-seeding last summer gives the whole place a new feel.
Everything is now in place for promotion and it is down to the playing staff to come up with the goods for the rest of the season.
Chairman Steve Hymas "The progress in our first year has been astounding and we must set our sights on a higher level of football. These are exciting times for AFC Mansfield and with the help of my fellow directors and our trusted crew it will be interesting to see where the journey takes us. Onwards and upwards for The Bulls !"
