AFC Mansfield make the trip up to Yorkshire this saturday 15th september for our game with Yorshire Main.
They have struggled this season but as everyone knows it is not an easy place to go.
They have lost 7 and won 2 so far this season and AFC will look to extend their lead at the top.Changes will have to be made because of suspension and injury but Mickys side should have enough in the locker to pull through.
On the injury front Phil Buxton has a damaged knee and could be out for a few weeks and the club wish him a speedy recovery. He is a very good player and the club will want him back as soon as possible.
On the player front Micky has not taken long to replace Mark Frost with Dale Shepherd in goal who has kept four clean sheets since his arrival.
However he will be put under pressure by new signing Ed Eley the former Mansfield Town and Grimsby Town keeper who has put pen to paper for AFC and shows how far the club has come in a short space of time.
For anyone wishing to make the trip up to Yorkshire Main the kick-off is 3pm and they play at the miners welfare. The postcode is DN12 1DA
